These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HSEBox Management System (“the App”). By installing, activating, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. About the App
HSEBox Management System is a Windows-based software designed to help users manage safety-related information, including observations, incidents, client documents, activities, and permit-to-work logs.The App is intended to support safety teams, supervisors, and managers in organizing and documenting workplace activities.
The App is designed for all site types and all industries, including construction, workshops, logistics, manufacturing, maintenance, and other active work environments.
However, the App does not replace the user’s legal duty to comply with workplace safety laws or regulatory requirements.
2. Offline Operation & Data Handling
The App works completely offline.All information entered into the App is stored only on the user’s device, using a local database (SQLite or similar).We do not store, access, or view any safety data, reports, logs, photos, or documents created inside the App.
Because the App does not store data online:
We cannot recover lost or deleted data
We cannot restore your database
We cannot access your information
The user is fully responsible for:
Backing up the App data
Keeping their device secure
Making copies of important files
Avoiding accidental deletion
The developer is not responsible for any loss of information.
3. User Responsibility & Accuracy
The App is provided as a digital support tool to assist with documentation only.It does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or compliance.
By using the App, you accept that:
You are fully responsible for the correctness of all information entered
You must verify all reports before sharing them with others
You must follow all legal and regulatory requirements separate from the App
You cannot use the App as the only basis for safety decisions
The developer does not take responsibility for:
Incorrect data entered by the user
Typographical errors
Wrong dates, numbers, or classification
Misuse or misunderstanding of the App
Any incident or event caused by user actions or decisions
4. Liability & Safety Disclaimer
You agree that:

The App does not ensure compliance with any national or international safety standards
The App does not prevent incidents, accidents, or injuries
The App is not responsible for the outcome of any safety actions taken on-site
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:
Accidents, injuries, or safety incidents
Delays or interruptions
Any form of data damage or corruption
Financial or legal consequences
Missed deadlines, audits, inspections, or compliance notices
Loss of profits, contracts, or opportunities
Any claim derived from workplace safety performance
You use the App at your own risk, and you agree that the developer will not be held responsible for any result related to your use or inability to use the App.
5. License & Usage Rules
When you purchase the App, you receive a lifetime license for one user and one device.
This license:
Allows installation on one computer only
Is for personal and professional use
Cannot be shared, copied, resold, or transferred
Cannot be installed on multiple devices unless you buy extra licenses
Attempts to modify, bypass, or manipulate the license or activation system may permanently disable your access.
6. Payment Terms
Purchasing the App includes:
One-time payment
No subscription
No recurring charges
No hidden fees
The price covers the lifetime license for one device.
Future updates, upgrades, or major new versions may require additional payment.
7. Refund Policy
We provide a 14-day refund from the date of purchase.No questions asked.
After the 14-day period:
Refunds are no longer available
License fees cannot be returned
Activation keys remain final

The App collects only one piece of information:

No other personal or project data is collected or stored on our servers.

10. Software Updates
From time to time, updates may be released to improve performance or fix issues.However:
Updates are not guaranteed
Updates may require manual installation
Major versions may require a new purchase
The developer retains the right to discontinue updates at any moment.

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.No guarantee is given that the App will:
Be error-free
Run without interruption
Meet every user’s needs
Be compatible with all hardware
Remain operational after system updates
