With over 20 years of international experience, I’ve worked across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East on a wide range of large-scale and complex projects. My career began in engineering design and evolved into leading departments for multinational companies, managing multi-billion-dollar programs for landmark developments such as NEOM, The Red Sea, and the Riyadh Metro.
From ports and power stations to highways, dams, and modern city infrastructure, I’ve been deeply involved in driving compliance, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting people to perform at their best. My commitment is to help teams and companies succeed through practical training, effective leadership, and clear communication — from the job site to the boardroom.
