1.2. Our platform offers self-paced learning with lifetime access to purchased courses unless otherwise stated.

1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of the latest version of our terms.

2. Course Access & Usage

2.1. When you purchase a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access the course content.

2.2. Course materials, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and other resources, are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without our written consent.

2.3. Each course is licensed for one user only, and sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

2.4. We may update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. Enrolled students will retain access to their purchased courses, including any updates.

2.5. Access to purchased courses remains available at a minimum until completion, unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Policy & 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At International Occupational Health and Safety Organization, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

3.1. Refunds apply only to online courses. Downloadable products, such as PDFs, workbooks, and digital resources, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3.2. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@iohso.com with your order details.

3.3. Eligibility for a refund requires that you have completed no more than 20% of the course.Example: If a course is 1 hour long, the maximum content that can be viewed while still qualifying for a refund is 12 minutes.

3.4. Refunds will not be granted if:

More than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
The student has received a certificate of completion.
The course contains downloadable materials that have been accessed.
The refund request is submitted after 14 days from purchase.

3.5. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Payments, Pricing & Discounts

4.1. Course prices are clearly displayed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.

4.2. Full payment is required before course access is granted.

4.3. Promotional discounts and coupon codes may be available for limited periods. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4.4. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7.1. Commission RatesAffiliates earn commissions ranging from 20% to 50% based on the course and promotional campaigns.The exact commission percentage will be displayed in the affiliate dashboard.

7.2. Commission PayoutsCommissions are paid 30 days after the sale to account for potential refunds.Payments are made only when an affiliate’s earnings reach $100.Payouts are processed via PayPal.

7.3. Refund Policy & Commission ReversalsIf a student requests a refund, any commission earned from that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.Affiliates must ensure ethical promotion of our courses; misleading marketing tactics may result in commission forfeiture and removal from the program.

7.4. Prohibited Affiliate ActivitiesAffiliates must not:

Use misleading, false, or spammy marketing tactics to promote our courses.
Engage in paid advertising using International Occupational Health and Safety Organization’s brand name without approval.
Offer unauthorized discounts or claim false benefits regarding our courses.

7.5. Termination of Affiliate AccountsWe reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if:

Fraudulent or unethical marketing practices are detected.

9.2. Any form of harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, or illegal activity will result in immediate account termination.

9.3. Accounts found sharing, reselling, or misusing course content will be permanently banned, with no refund issued.
